TOPIC: Underfloor Air Distribution: Lessons Learned - The View from 35 Million Square Feet
This program will discuss integrated HVAC design with underfloor air distribution systems. Presentation will provide practical application information for design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
SPEAKER: Mr. Jack Goertner, LEED AP
Jack Geortner is the General Manager for the FlexSys Underfloor Air Product Group at Johnson Controls. Based in Los Angeles CA, he has over 20 years experience with the AE community in both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining York International, now a part of Johnson Controls, in 2001, he held executive positions with major suppliers in the building products industry, including the CS Group, Forms + Surfaces and Steelcase. He was Global Accounts Director for Tate Access Floors prior to joining York/Johnson Controls. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.

The cost for the meeting is $30 for members and nonmembers which includes dinner and presentation. The meeting fee will be paid at the door. Please make checks payable to Madison ASHRAE Chapter. Joining the Cafeteria Plan is available until October 15th.
The Madison Chapter of ASHRAE is offering a Cafeteria Plan for the 2008 - 2009 year. Members may purchase a onetime, non-transferable, fee of $150.00 which will provide the named individual to attend all nine (9) monthly meetings, including dinner and program. Joining the Cafeteria Plan will be available through the October meeting on 10/13/08. Credit will be given to those who paid $30 for the September meeting and wish to purchase the Cafeteria plan at the October meeting. The Cafeteria Plan does not include seminars; fee based technical sessions or social activities with additional fees.
The Madison Chapter “No Show” Policy: In an effort to control meeting costs, members who fail to show and fail to chance by NOON FRIDAY the week before will be asked to contribute $30 to recover the meal costs incurred by the Chapter.
