CRC 2007 Planning

 

Madison ASHRAE Chapter Members:
We have outlined roles within the various committees and would like some assistance. The tasks can be simple as well as fun. Here are few of the things we are looking to accomplish:

 

Technical Sessions that will be of interest to you and your peers in the Region

Welcome Party event to celebrate Madison

Banquet with entertainment that would be fun for tenured Society personnel and energetic young engineers

Companion activities for attendee guests as business meetings are conducted

Tour opportunities that would be unique to many of our ASHRAE guests

Have some traditional Madison fun

 

We have scheduled a meeting for Monday, February 19th to get all CRC committee members together for an overview of the activities and communicate between those involved the activities of the others. If you would like to join us, please contact Tom James or Mark Miller for the particulars of the meeting time and location.  We would like help with the following positions, so give it some thought and contact us with your thoughts and interests:  

 

Reception/Hospitality  Transportation  Photography 
Recording Secretary  Facilities
